the Theme for this Summit…
Ephesians
2:19-22 tells us that the
Church is built on the foundation
of the apostles and
prophets,
Jesus Christ Himself is the chief
cornerstone.
This Summit’s
aim is to bring an Apostolic
and Prophetic edge, to impact
the lives of those in the front
line of what God is doing.
Proverbs 29:18 says,
“Where there is no
revelation,
the people cast off restraint”
(NKJV). The word
“revelation”
or “vision” should be translated
“Prophetic vision!”
We need the Apostolic and Prophetic
input into our
lives lest we cast off restraint
and live carelessly. We
have invited Apostolic and Prophetic
men of God to be our key
Speakers this year to aid in
projecting
us forward from last year’s
excellent
Summit under the theme
“Expand and Stand.”
This will be a Summit like
no other we
have had, and will be the catalyst for a
mighty moving forward in the
lives
and ministries associated with
Coastlands.

This annual event is being
held
at the Bowen Christian Family
Centre
in beautiful Bowen,
tropical North Queensland
from November 27-30, 2002.
Speakers
John
Jacks
John is an
internationally recognized prophet with a reputation for integrity and accuracy
in his ministry. He lived many years in Australia before locating in Canada
earlier this year. Originally born in the U.S.A. he is an Australian citizen.
John has a wealth of experience, having pastored churches and been a Christian
School Principal as well as his principal area of ministry in the prophetic.
Originally brought to Australia by the Assemblies of God in the early 1980’s to
impart into pastors he developed a heart for Australia, which led him to locate
here.
As an
itinerant prophet John’s ministry has been welcomed in many churches in many
different nations around the world. John has been involved in missions for
years, and has himself done a lot of ministry in Asia.
Arden Burrell
Arden has an
apostolic and prophetic ministry with wide ranging experience and skill.
Arden is one
of the “fathers” of the Assemblies of God, especially in NSW. He has been in
ministry for nearly 50 years and in that time has been a successful pastor. He
also ministered for many years as an evangelist and later developed a strong
prophetic ministry. During his time as a member of the NSW State Executive of
the AOG he also developed an apostolic ministry.
Churches
under Arden’s leadership have always grown, and have always been strong missions
churches. Arden has a great record as a man with a missions heart.
His last
formal role was a full time position as apostolic ministry to the pastors of the
Hunter District pastors in the Newcastle area. In recent times he has become an
itinerant minister relating to those leaders and churches which recognize the
gift and calling upon his life.

This year we
will be having a B.B.Q. commencing at 3 pm at the Church property; there will be
plenty of time for fellowship.

registration fees. Offerings in the night meetings will be received.
